(Serves 2)


1 tbs coconut oil
1 tsp chopped chilli
2 tbs sunflower seeds
2 cups shredded cabbage
ΒΌ cup vegetable stock
Black pepper


Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry sunflower seeds and chillie until seeds are golden brown. Add cabbage and stock. Stir and cook for 4 – 5 minutes or until cabbage is just tender.

This is such a good winter veggie dish – and quick as a flash. Even if you don’t really like cabbage you should try this. *SA Gluten Free Recipe Exchange*
