1 cup chickpea flour
1 cup water
optional spices to your liking e.g. cumin, coriander, chives, sliced curry leaves etc.
Combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth. Heat a non-stick pan and pour some of the batter-mixture into the hot pan to form a thin film over the surface (like how you would make crepes). Fry on the one side until it loosens easily and flip or turned around. Fry until loosened and golden brown on that side too. You can wipe the pan out with a thin layer of oil if your pan is not completely non-stick.
