BASIL & STRAWBERRY FIZZ

(Makes a jug for 4)

 

Ingredients:

1 small bunch basil leaves

500ml sparkling water

1,5l sprite zero

200g sliced strawberries

 

Method:

The night before, whizz the leaves from a small bunch basil with 500ml water. Fill 2-3 ice cube trays and freeze overnight until solid. On the day, mix sparkling water with chilled lemonade in a large jug. Add some basil ice cubes and strawberries, stir and serve. *BBC Good Food Magazine Middle East*
