5 cups cauliflower, sliced into small florets
3 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp parmesan cheese
2 tbs garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt



In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt. Mix well, making sure to coat all pieces evenly. Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a lightly greased baking pan. Bake at 200˚C for 40 minutes or until golden brown and tender. *Appetite Magazine*
