Ingredients:

5 zucchini (baby marrows)

1 tbs olive oil

sea salt and pepper

paprika

Method:

Cut the zucchini into thin slices and toss in olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 230’C¬†for 25 to 30 minutes.
